The C12 Key Players group is designed to foster alignment among leaders at your firm. This full-day session, facilitated by your Area Chair, guides your “key players” through the same materials you cover during your C12 meeting.

Each month, the C12 Area Chair and each individual member bring relevant key issues to the table to help the member maintain healthy linkage in applying key concepts and also to keep growing in their private and public lives under the Lordship of Christ.

As vital ‘glue’ in the overall C12 monthly process, the One-on-One time also gives the member and the Area Chair a chance to consider how best to engage the Christian Business Owner or CEO’s C12 peer group[.] This helps to integrate the benefits of ‘relationship’ and ‘process’ in a purposeful way.
